Job Qualifications
- customer relationship experience is required
- successful completion of on-the-job training
- patience and expertise required to direct and conduct training
- basic computer skills with ability to operate multiple devices
- desire and ability to understand computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- good understanding of register systems, troubleshooting, and back office software
