Job Description
The Food Service Manager oversees and executes the food service contract for the dining facility, including supervising food preparation, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. This role involves managing kitchen staff to consistently deliver quality meals on time, overseeing the cleanliness and operation of the dining area, and implementing departmental policies and training.
