Sodexo Government Services is currently seeking a Food Service Manager 3 to join their expanding team at the Camp Lejeune, NC district. This role is crucial in managing high-volume food service operations, specifically serving over 1500 meals a day to U.S. Marines. The position commands responsibility for a budget exceeding $4,500,000 annually and supervises a workforce composed of 13 Sodexo employees and 13 subcontractor employees in a unionized setting. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
- strong leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- knowledge of safe food handling practices including HACCP and safety audits
- flexibility and ability to take on additional responsibilities
