It is within this group that the Food Service Manager role plays a pivotal part. The Food Service Manager is a crucial management position responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from menus, managing everything from daily food service activities to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.   • Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
  • Lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer
