Beyond its retail operations, Sweetwater fosters a vibrant internal culture that celebrates music as a unifying force and embraces diversity, teamwork, and continuous personal and professional growth.

Sweetwater’s Upbeat Diner, a key part of the company’s state-of-the-art campus, offers an inviting food service environment where employees and visitors can enjoy meals made from scratch with high culinary standards. Sweetwater provides a set work schedule that supports work-life balance, with scheduled days off on Monday and Tuesday and varying shift times through the rest of the week, accommodating different meal periods. Employees benefit from vacation time starting in their first year, full benefits including health and dental coverage, 401k contributions, and more.

The job requires flexibility, multitasking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Candidates who have experience working in a scratch kitchen or who show a strong alignment with Sweetwater’s ideal team-player traits will have a distinct advantage. These traits include a passion for creating exceptional experiences for customers and colleagues, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement, and a dedication to personal and professional development.

Sweetwater invites motivated individuals who enjoy both culinary arts and customer service to join their growing family at the Upbeat Diner. Relocation to Fort Wayne, Indiana, is required for this role, reflecting the integrated, collaborative culture of Sweetwater’s campus environment. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion means candidates from all backgrounds are welcomed and valued.

Joining Sweetwater means becoming part of a company that not only leads in its industry but also places a high value on employee satisfaction, professional growth, and community.
