Employees in this role play a critical part in enhancing the guests’ visit by delivering fresh, made-to-order meals and snacks quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities include taking orders using point-of-sale systems, offering helpful suggestions and upselling popular menu items, and ensuring all food handling and preparation areas meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, team members maintain the overall tidiness of their workstations by restocking condiments, wiping down tables, and washing dishes. Excellent communication skills are essential, as employees regularly interact with guests, answering their questions and creating a welcoming environment.

This position requires flexibility, as team members must be available to work weekends and holidays, which are peak times at the park.
