As a Food Service Assistant at PeaceHealth, you will play a vital role in supporting hospital food and catering operations by preparing, serving, and delivering food products while adhering to safety standards such as HACCP guidelines. Your responsibilities will include preparing, mixing, assembling, portioning, serving, and storing food according to established guidelines to maintain quality and safety. Additionally, you will operate dish machines, wash pots, and carry out heavy cleaning duties to ensure sanitation standards are met across the service areas.
