The Food Server role at Hilton is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be an integral part of a team that creates memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Food Server, you will bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, proactively enhancing their meal experience to make their stay special. This role requires mastering the menu thoroughly, including all items, promotions, and specials, enabling you to confidently assist and answer guests’ questions. Efficiency and attention to detail are critical as you take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system, and promptly deliver completed orders. You will also be responsible for managing the food service station, ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and recall detailed menu information
