Job Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends holidays and peak times
Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Ability to serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Food handler certification preferred
ServSafe certification preferred
TIPS alcohol certification preferred

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 19 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Three years of serving and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume hospitality environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablet applications preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Maintains a neat professional and clean appearance at all times
Complies with all department and company policies procedures internal controls and government regulations

Job Duties

Provides prompt courteous and high-quality service to all restaurant guests
Greets guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately takes food and beverage orders and delivers items in a timely manner
Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all policies and regulations
Maintains thorough knowledge of all menu items specials and beverage offerings
Maintains guest tables throughout the dining experience by clearing resetting and replenishing china glassware and silverware as needed
