Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends holidays and peak times
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler certification preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- TIPS alcohol certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of serving and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablet applications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Maintains a neat professional and clean appearance at all times
- Complies with all department and company policies procedures internal controls and government regulations
Job Duties
- Practices supports and maintains the Mission Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming LLC
- Provides prompt courteous and high-quality service to all restaurant guests
- Greets guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately takes food and beverage orders and delivers items in a timely manner
- Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all policies and regulations
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all menu items specials and beverage offerings
- Maintains guest tables throughout the dining experience by clearing resetting and replenishing china glassware and silverware as needed
