Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors
- Prepares tables by laying out napkins, utensils and refilling condiments
- Stays updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations
- Directs guests to tables, presents menus, suggests dishes and assists in drink selection
- Maintains proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling guest needs and replenishing utensils and glasses
- Performs basic cleaning tasks and assists with special events as needed
- Follows all health codes, safety standards and wears required safety equipment
