As a Food Server in our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive interactions and ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS, and serve a variety of menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages.

Your role extends beyond basic service—you will be instrumental in upselling menu items and suggesting wine pairings or specialty drinks to elevate guest satisfaction and enhance sales. You will be responsible for processing sales transactions with integrity, handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining cashiering duties accurately. Additionally, you will help maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and providing kitchen support during peak hours when needed. Your ability to provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently ensures a positive and inviting environment for everyone.

  • excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and recommend menu items confidently
  • familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash or credit payments
  • strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to foster guest relations and team collaboration
  • experience with wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, spirits expertise, and food industry standards is highly desirable
