Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Age 18 or older
- Possession or ability to obtain all state required work cards
- Minimum two years related experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Familiarity with beer and spirits
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques
- Strong guest relations skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety
- Ability to serve alcohol safely
- Experience in full service restaurant operations
- Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
Job Qualifications

- Experience in full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing with staff clients and public
Job Duties
- Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items pricing and allergen information
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately
- Ensure all the food and drinks are served immediately and according to specifications
- Ensure that all the necessary stock is being replenished during the shift
- Move furniture as directed by management including but not limited to tables chairs bar stools banquettes bar tables boxes and equipment
- Respond to guest concerns complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude escalating to management when necessary
