Job Requirements
- Food service certification
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in food preparation preferred
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Produce top-tier meals and baked goods following a predetermined menu
- Compile a daily update to authenticate transactions and record meal arrangements
- Understand what constitutes a complete meal and check for the presence of all necessary components
- Store food accurately to preserve flavor and nutrients
- Distribute meals to diners according to prescribed schedules and policies
- Operate and maintain food preparation tools, especially cutting tools
- Ensure efficient and timely assembly of food items and beverages
- Enhance visual appeal of meals by incorporating garnishes
- Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen facilities
- Adhere to all food safety legislation including sanitation, handling, and storage
- Follow uniform policy requirements
- Maintain communication with management on daily menu execution
- Monitor food temperatures for safety
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Sanitize workspaces regularly to prevent contamination
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes
- Manage waste and keep garbage collection sites clean
- Support other kitchen zones as needed
