In the role of Food Runner/Server Support at Zuma, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our dining service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential assistance to the server team, helping to deliver exceptional service that aligns with Zuma's reputation for hospitality excellence. This position is an opportunity to contribute directly to guest satisfaction by assisting with various tasks such as setting up and clearing tables, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized dining space.

This role demands a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about culinary experiences, especially Japanese cuisine. You will work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and bar teams to coordinate timing and ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Effective communication is vital as you will relay guest feedback, manage special requests, and help address any guest concerns. Additionally, your role will involve monitoring and replenishing service supplies to support the front-of-house team in providing uninterrupted service.
