Wild Taco is a locally owned and operated restaurant located in Newport Beach and is a proud sister establishment of Bear Flag Fish Company. Currently, Wild Taco is seeking eager, energetic, and friendly food runners to join the team at their Newport Beach location. The role of the food runner is pivotal in ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience. Food runners will be responsible for delivering food orders swiftly and accurately to tables, assisting servers by refilling beverages and providing additional items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas, and communicating effectively with kitchen staff. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for excellent customer service. Wild Taco offers flexible shifts including both AM and PM schedules with weekend availability required. Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders to tables in a timely manner
  • Assist servers by refilling beverages and delivering additional items as needed
  • Ensure food is served at the proper temperature and is presented according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Deliver appetizers, drinks, and meals to guests
  • Assist servers in various capacities as needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs
  • Assist with basic food preparation and stocking of service areas when needed
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation procedures are followed
