Job Duties
- run food from the expo line to tables with accuracy and speed
- ensure dishes meet Biscuit Belly's quality and presentation standards
- clear and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow
- keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- assist with drink refills, pre-bussing, and guest needs
- communicate clearly with front of house and back of house to keep service smooth
- support expo, servers, and cashiers during peak periods
