The position offered is that of a Server Assistant/Food Runner, a critical role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food orders from kitchen to table. This role operates closely with the kitchen expo team to guarantee that all dishes are delivered promptly and accurately, meeting the specific requirements of each order. The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for verifying that each plate leaving the kitchen is complete and perfectly presented, with all condiments and sides included, and ensuring that hot and cold items reach guests at the appropriate temperature. This role demands attentiveness, coordination, and excellent communication skills to work both independently and as part of a team with servers and kitchen staff.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Check each plate of food to ensure it is correct as ordered by the guest and includes all condiments
- Assure every item on the order is ready and on the tray together while avoiding breakage and loss
- Notify servers of guest needs and inform them of any potential issues
- Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work as signed off by the manager on duty
- Stock and restock appropriate linens and work stations with correct plates, saucers, and other necessary items
- Provide general resort information to guests
- Work collaboratively with the expo and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
