Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods during a shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
  • willingness to assist with additional duties beyond normal scope
  • must be dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
  • assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
  • work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
  • have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
  • deliver food accurately to tables while describing each plate
  • assist with bussing or setting up tables when necessary
  • clean and maintain equipment and supplies
  • deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
