As a Food Runner at Marcus Theatres, you will be part of a team committed to redefining dining at the movies. You will support servers during peak hours and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by attentively addressing guest requests and maintaining communication with all team members. The position also involves various operational tasks like setting up garnishes, assembling trays, polishing silverware, and maintaining cleanliness and order at your station. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
good communication skills
flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
commitment to providing excellent customer service
ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Set up all garnishes for dishes
assemble trays and stock bread
polish silverware
responsible for set-up and break-down of station at the beginning and end of shift
assist with special guest requests to ensure total guest satisfaction
communicate with servers and kitchen associates to ensure total guest satisfaction
serve food to tables if needed
assist with bussing duties if needed
remove all dirty dishes from kitchen and/or server areas
maintain standard of plate presentation
maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
perform other duties as assigned
