Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or as a food runner preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical condition to carry trays and move quickly
Effective communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests
Assists servers in their duties as required
Provides personalized service during guest interactions
Ensures food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
Acts as an assistant to waitstaff
Maintains clear communication between kitchen and dining area
Helps maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
