Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Capacity to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly

Job Duties

  • Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
  • Maintain full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
  • Deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
  • Assist with bussing and setting up tables when necessary
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
