Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capacity to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly

- Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- Maintain full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- Deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- Assist with bussing and setting up tables when necessary
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
