The group's reach extends across a variety of unique venues, including famed sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and top-tier dining establishments. Among its celebrated ventures in the renowned Downtown Disney District are Naples Ristorante E Pizzeria, Centrico, and Paseo — each synonymous with outstanding culinary experiences and exceptional guest service.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Delaware North family as a part-time Food Runner at Paseo in Anaheim, California. Serving as the vital link between the kitchen and guests, Food Runners play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food while adapting to the fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. The position offers comprehensive training and mentorship designed to help individuals grow their skillset within a leading hospitality company. Through this role, associates gain practical experience in food service, develop knowledge about menu items and ingredients, and learn to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
Food Runners at Paseo are entrusted with the responsibility of attending pre-shift briefings to stay informed on service updates, assisting with dish assembly, and sometimes providing table-side service such as taking orders and explaining menu details. The role demands a strong understanding of food presentation and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dining areas. With an hourly wage of $20.42 not including tips, this tipped position presents an attractive earning potential for those who thrive in hospitality.
Delaware North invests deeply in its team members' well-being and professional advancement. As such, employees benefit from a flexible work schedule, weekly pay, employee discounts, and access to expansive training and development opportunities. Additionally, eligible team members may qualify for health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, as well as tuition and certification reimbursements.
Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a worldwide network that values inclusivity and equal opportunity. The company is committed to hiring without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected classification. This is your chance to work in a vibrant atmosphere with a team dedicated to delivering great experiences at iconic locations. Whether you're interested in pursuing a career in restaurants, gaming, hotels, or retail, Delaware North offers diverse pathways to growth and success, making it an ideal place to start or continue your hospitality journey.
