Job Duties
- Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
- assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
- work efficiently under pressure especially during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of all orders
- assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
- clean up all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
- deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside normal scope of duties based on business needs
