Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Keep food looking and tasting great by transporting food items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
  • Ensure a clean and inviting space by keeping the area tidy and organized throughout service and breaking down after service to clean and reset
  • Organize stock by storing food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
  • Support team communication and coordination for smooth food service
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining and service areas
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
