Job Duties

  • Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared cleaned and waiting for the next party
  • Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings
  • Observe tables and alert servers if guest needs anything
  • Deliver food to the correct tables and positions
  • Communicate with guests to ensure proper meal has been served
  • Communicate with expo server any customer issues
  • Assist the bartenders in restocking the bar through the shift
