Ticketmaster is a worldwide authority in event ticketing, selling over 500 million tickets annually and serving more than 12,000 clients globally. Live Nation Concerts is the largest live entertainment producer, promoting more than 40,000 shows and over 100 festivals every year for nearly 4,000 artists across more than 40 countries. Live Nation Media & Sponsorship creates strategic marketing programs that connect over 1,000 brands with the 98 million fans attending Live Nation events annually. The company is renowned for its innovative approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to delivering exceptional live experiences.
Live Nation's Concerts Division is the heartbeat of the live music industry, where tours are conceived, artists thrive, and fans enjoy unforgettable events. With a vast network of venues including owned and operated amphitheaters, and comprehensive teams in global touring, ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales, Live Nation fosters a dynamic and upbeat work culture. Employees benefit from unique perks such as free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, student loan reimbursement, and adoption/fertility support, reflecting the company’s dedication to employee wellbeing. Certified as a Great Place to Work and recognized by People Magazine as one of the "50 Companies that Care," Live Nation is committed to diversity, inclusion, and helping employees achieve their career and personal goals.
The role offered is essential within the hospitality and service operations of Live Nation’s venues, specifically focusing on food service within high-volume environments. The position involves performing table maintenance and line support duties according to House of Blues (HOB) service standards, ensuring a high-quality guest experience during concerts and special events. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order, responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, and supporting food preparation and service lines to par levels. This role requires flexibility to work opening, running, and closing shifts, as well as special events that occur throughout the venue with a fast-paced and high-energy atmosphere.
Ideal candidates are motivated, resourceful, and committed individuals with a passion for live music and customer service. They demonstrate exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. The position demands a strong adherence to kitchen sanitation standards and the capability to swiftly handle spills and maintain safety throughout the workspace. Physical stamina is important, as the job involves prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely. Previous experience in food service, especially as an expeditor or server in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, is preferred. Point of Sales (POS) experience is considered an asset.
Live Nation Entertainment is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds to apply. The company supports reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities and religious needs, fostering an environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to join a world-leading live entertainment company that supports career growth, personal development, and a vibrant, team-oriented culture.
