This specific role, situated at the Dana Point location, is a full-time, non-management position with a pay rate of $17.90 per hour. The role primarily involves closing duties in the food and beverage services sector, ensuring that operational standards are met at the end of each shift. Responsibilities include storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and security of items like refrigerators and doors. Candidates for this role must maintain the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware, employ clean-as-you-go procedures throughout their shift, and follow safety and security policies and reporting protocols rigorously. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Ability to lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Willingness to perform cleaning and closing duties as required

Job Duties

  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods
  • Break down goods and clean all equipment and areas
  • Return equipment to proper locations
  • Lock refrigerators and doors
  • Restock items
  • Turn off lights and complete daily cleaning checklist
  • Set up stock and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china glass and silver before use
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Use clear and professional language and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Support team to reach common goals and respond to concerns appropriately
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats
  • Stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • Move lift carry push pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
