We are currently seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven Food Runners to enhance our team. As a Food Runner, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes that look great and satisfy guests. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, helping to keep the service efficient and organized. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. You will be responsible for preparing dining areas before service, delivering food quickly and professionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, and assisting guests with their needs. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong work ethic with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availability to work weekdays weekends and some holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Punctual professional and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one upon hire

Job Duties

  • Prepare dining areas before service including setting silverware napkins tableware and condiments
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly accurately and professionally
  • Remove used dishes and replenish table settings as needed
  • Clean and reset tables to maintain a polished dining room
  • Serve as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Maintain cleanliness organization and health and safety standards
  • Assist guests and communicate requests or feedback to the appropriate team members
  • Support overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
