Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be positive, upbeat, and welcoming
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to communicate and understand predominant guest languages
- Ability to work in standing position for up to 5 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers promptly and efficiently
- Verify each order matches the customer's requests in items, quantity, special instructions, and modifications
- Communicate with kitchen staff or servers to correct any order discrepancies
- Coordinate with kitchen to time multiple orders for simultaneous delivery
- Assist with setting and clearing tables as needed
- Refill water glasses, bring condiments, and provide other dining assistance
- Maintain open communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond attentively to additional customer requests
