Job Duties

  • deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
  • assist servers by communicating order details and ensuring timely service
  • help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared according to specifications
  • manage the flow of food orders during peak hours, ensuring all items are served at the right temperature
  • support banquet service by assisting with set-up, serving, and clean-up as required
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly
