Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior experience as a food runner, busser, or similar role
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to assist customers in an area where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted
- Must apply and obtain a state occupational gaming license
- Must pass drug testing and background checks
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted
- Must obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license
- Must pass drug testing as per company’s Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks
Job Duties
- Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests
- Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans
- Assists wait staff as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables
- Responsible for final review of orders for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests
- Clears and cleans tables following guest departures
- Checks table condiments and fill if necessary
- Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items
- Assists guests as necessary
- Performs other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up
- Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas
- Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies
- All other duties as assigned
