Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time during customary service hours
- must be able to bend stoop or reach as needed
- must exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 15 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
- long hours sometimes required
- in compliance with california laws responsible beverage service and food handlers certification are required

Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s service culture 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for Silverado Resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform business attire and nametag
- maximize efforts towards productivity identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions
- coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each guest
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
