Job Requirements

- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to cultivate successful client and customer rapport
- proficiency in customer service delivery
- ability to collaborate with other departments
- capability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- endurance for long periods of standing

Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

- plan and lead daily team briefings
- ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- identify client needs and communicate operational progress

- supervise team regarding production, quality and control
