Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in high volume food production setting
- ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts including days and evenings
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition preferred
- 1 year experience in high volume food production setting
- 2 years experience preferred
- ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire
Job Duties
- Prepare large volumes of food with a high level of complexity, variety, and quality
- Prepare entrees, sandwiches, soups, starches, vegetables, sauces, and desserts for general diets and modified diets
- Assess quality and condition of ingredients used in food production
- Prepare food production reports and documentation
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
- Quickly problem-solve and make decisions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
