This role is crucial in supporting the production line by performing key tasks such as culling, sorting, washing, peeling, cutting, packaging, and palletizing finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow specific recipes and production guidelines, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards throughout the food production process. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a cold storage environment.
