We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the production line by performing key tasks such as culling, sorting, washing, peeling, cutting, packaging, and palletizing finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow specific recipes and production guidelines, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards throughout the food production process. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a cold storage environment. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble ingredients including washing cutting measuring mixing blending and weighing
  • operate handheld tools and equipment
  • maintain keen vigilance upholding quality and standards
  • package finished goods ensuring products are securely sealed labeled and prepared for shipment or storage
  • perform routine cleaning on production lines to keep things tidy organized and safely sanitized
  • follow Good Manufacturing Practices and adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment and reporting any potential hazards
