Verstela is currently staffing for a well-established, innovative food manufacturing company located in Redmond, WA, that specializes in handcrafted frozen food products inspired by authentic Indian recipes. The company operates a GMP-regulated facility focused on maintaining stringent food safety, sanitation, and quality standards while efficiently managing high-volume production. As a Production Associate, you will support multiple facets of the food manufacturing process, including ingredient preparation, cooking, assembly, packaging, sanitation, and inventory management. This role is crucial in ensuring that finished products meet the company’s high standards, comply with food safety regulations, and satisfy customers' expectations.

The position is a full-time role with stable hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering pay between $21 and $22 per hour depending on experience. As this is a temp-to-hire role, there is significant potential for permanent placement and long-term career growth within the company. Employees transitioning to permanent status will also gain access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid sick leave, career advancement opportunities, and discounted products.

Candidates passionate about food production and eager to work in a team-oriented, GMP-compliant environment will find this role highly rewarding. The company emphasizes a clean and safe workspace and encourages attention to detail and adherence to recipes, production schedules, and safety protocols. Those with prior experience in large-scale food manufacturing or production, along with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards, will excel in this role.

In summary, this Production Associate position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to leverage their food production expertise in a growing, local food manufacturing company with exciting expansion plans and a strong industry reputation.
