Job Requirements

- develop menus and recipes and standardize production protocols
- establish presentation techniques and quality standards
- maintain and operate kitchen equipment correctly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction
- assist in developing junior culinary staff by sharing expertise
