Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Capably managing a team and overseeing kitchen functions
- Coordinate and supervise culinary tasks while training and managing kitchen staff
- Monitor daily kitchen operations to facilitate smooth service delivery and uphold quality standards
- Develop menus and recipes by hand-selecting options and standardizing production protocols
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards and plan and price menus
- Maintain equipment performance and uphold sanitation and safety standards
- Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction as needed
- Assist in developing junior culinary staff by sharing expertise
