Cheese locations and more than 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues in 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment has established a strong presence in the industry by focusing on fun, food, and play. The company is devoted to fostering a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being while continually innovating and enhancing the guest experience. Chuck E. CEC Entertainment’s commitment to excellence extends beyond guest experiences to their workforce, offering dynamic career opportunities and growth through cross-training and internal promotions. The company prides itself on promoting from within, with over 60 percent of its managers starting as Cast Members. This speaks volumes about the supportive work culture and investment in employee development. For those seeking either a first-time job or a rewarding career in the food and entertainment industry, CEC Entertainment provides an ideal environment where employees can thrive. The positions available currently include Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers, each playing an essential role in delivering high-quality food while contributing to the fun and lively atmosphere.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a no-fry kitchen specializing in preparing pizzas, salads, and wings, allowing kitchen team members to focus on fast, fresh, and delicious meal options. Working at Chuck E. Cheese means being part of a team that empowers you to provide exceptional customer service through various roles, all while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for both guests and employees. A significant benefit for employees is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which provides access to earned wages without waiting for traditional pay cycles, enhancing financial flexibility.

The roles at CEC Entertainment include a variety of responsibilities that promote teamwork and efficiency, such as preparing orders, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The company values energetic and enthusiastic personalities who can thrive in a dynamic setting, with responsibilities including lifting, standing, bending, and interacting effectively with guests and co-workers despite a fast-paced and sometimes noisy work environment. All employees, whether part-time or full-time, receive access to competitive benefits like telemedicine, meal discounts, retirement plans, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources, with extended medical, dental, vision, and paid time off options for full-time staff. CEC Entertainment is also committed to compliance with state and local laws, including paid sick leave and protections under fair chance hiring ordinances. Reasonable accommodations are provided to support individuals with disabilities, reinforcing an inclusive workplace culture.

By joining CEC Entertainment, employees become part of a celebrated brand recognized for excellence in STEM education, workplace culture, and community involvement. This is a chance to contribute to a company that not only values its guests but also invests deeply in the growth and satisfaction of its team members.
