CEC Entertainment is currently hiring for Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker positions. This role plays an essential part in the Kitchen team by helping prepare food orders, assisting with food prep, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The kitchen environment is no-fry, focusing on easy prep items such as pizza, salads, and wings. Cast Members in this position are empowered through cross-training, enabling them to learn a variety of roles and contribute to the overall guest experience. Over 60% of managers have been promoted from within, demonstrating clear career advancement pathways. The role offers flexible shifts and competitive commission structures based on sales of memberships and fun passes, with bi-weekly commission payouts.
Part of the position's appeal is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing Cast Members to access earned wages quickly without waiting for standard pay cycles. Employees can expect a fun, dynamic environment where energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service are highly valued. The job also requires the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout shifts. Employees work in an environment with bright lights, mechanical parts, and exciting noise levels, all contributing to the active and engaging atmosphere of a family entertainment center.
CEC Entertainment offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees nationwide. Benefits include telemedicine services, early pay access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees can opt into fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision options, and voluntary life and short-term disability plans.
