Job Description

CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. The company proudly operates the well-loved Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade brands. Known for its vibrant atmosphere that combines dining with entertainment, CEC aims to create a fun and safe environment where kids and families can come together to eat, play, and create joyful, lasting memories. Chuck E. Cheese alone celebrates over half a million birthdays annually, establishing itself as an iconic venue for family fun and celebrations. The organization is dedicated to community support and safety, evidenced by programs like Kid Check® and donations exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Their leadership in innovation and employee well-being was acknowledged in 2025 when Chuck E. Cheese received the "Best in STEM" award and was named one of America's Greatest Workplaces.

Beyond Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience that focuses on quality food, engaging entertainment, and fostering lifelong memories. Both brands emphasize the importance of physical wellness and motor skill development for kids through interactive attractions. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment continues to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and fun that unites families from diverse backgrounds.

The company strongly believes in promoting from within, with over 60% of managers being elevated from current employees. CEC offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling employees to access their earned wages quickly without waiting for traditional pay cycles. This innovative payment system reflects the company's commitment to the financial wellbeing of its workforce.

CEC Entertainment is now hiring Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Makers to join their kitchen teams. These roles are vital in maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that the company is known for. As a No-Fry Kitchen, the preparation focuses on pizzas, salads, and wings, offering an easier, healthier kitchen environment for employees. The positions are well-suited for first-time job seekers looking to gain valuable experience or for individuals interested in building a long-term career within the company. Cast Members receive cross-training across various roles, enhancing skill development and providing diverse experiences within the fun-filled workplace.

Employees at CEC benefit from a comprehensive package of perks and benefits designed to support their health, education, and financial security. All employees enjoy telemedicine access, early wage access, a 401(k) plan, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, scholarships, Employee Assistance Programs, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may opt into medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life and disability benefits, while full-time employees working 29.5+ hours per week have eligibility for medical, dental, vision, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, additional educational supports, and legal coverage. The company upholds rigorous safety and sanitation standards to protect both employees and guests in a dynamic work environment.

CEC Entertainment is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring a workplace free from discrimination based on race, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected classes.
