The role available is a full-time Food Production Worker position based at the AdventHealth Food Production Center in Orlando, FL. This is a key role within the Nutritional Services department, focusing on the preparation and assembly of hot and cold food items, including salads, sandwiches, fillings, and bakery products for delivery to various site partners. The role requires precision in following recipes and instructions to ensure product accuracy, taste, appearance, and freshness. Employees in this position are responsible for segregating products according to requisitions, managing high-volume production efficiently to meet deadlines, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP and FDA Food Code.
