Job Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and see with close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- physical ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- reliable and dependable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous fast food or food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding basic fractions
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- friendly and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent orders
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
