Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work
  • Basic computer skills including data entry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based databases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors, answer phones, and route inquiries
  • Enter and update client information in the web-based foodbank system
  • Manage inventory and office supplies
  • track with spreadsheets
  • Maintain clean, organized pantry and reception areas
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports
  • Assist with registration and provide general office support
  • Communicate repair needs and support basic office equipment troubleshooting
  • Support special projects and provide updates to the Food Pantry Manager
