Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage labor, schedules, and costs effectively
  • Hands-on management style with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Portland, USA
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with 2+ years as a supervisor in food production, manufacturing, distribution, or meal prep facilities
  • Skilled in scheduling, inventory management, labor planning, and production flow
  • Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, and allergen control protocols
  • Experience in airline catering, meal kit production, or large-scale food operations preferred
  • Prior experience supervising in a unionized environment is a plus
  • Comfortable engaging directly with staff and resolving issues in real time
