Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and reading skills for labeling and inventory control
- compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience with fresh food preparation
- food safety knowledge and certification preferred
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes
- cook and prepare rotisserie chicken ensuring quality standards
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- assist members with bakery orders and respond to their inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- monitor and manage inventory including temperature control, expiration dates and disposal of lesser-quality products
- use digital tools and handheld technology to improve production and customer experience
