Chefs conduct kitchen and operations assessments for customers, working collaboratively with sales teams to develop actionable plans that support customer success. Proficiency in tools like Menu Profit Pro enhances the customer experience by allowing the FFC to provide customized, costed recipes that add tangible value. Additionally, the FFC cultivates an effective team-based selling approach, communicating consistently with sales and marketing colleagues to align efforts toward business objectives. \n\nThe Food Fanatic Chef champion’s US Foods’ Food Fanatics program by participating in local, virtual, and national culinary events, sharing best practices, and contributing content to various media, including social media channels and the Food Fanatics magazine. This role requires a strategic balance of culinary creativity, communication excellence, and community engagement, ensuring that all interactions reflect US Foods’ core values of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Supervision of culinary support staff such as part-time sous chefs may be required, along with ongoing collaboration across sales, merchandising, marketing, and other market leaders. Job Requirements
- High degree of written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must possess a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience including a comprehensive culinary background
- Refined organizational and project management skills
- Expert level product knowledge and ability to communicate across multiple formats
- Experience in design and facilitation of training programs
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prior sales or sales support experience a plus
