Job Duties

  • ensure compliance with state and facility safety procedures in food production and cleaning of equipment
  • maintain clean and sanitary conditions in kitchen and serving lines
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to procedures

  • cut and debone ham, poultry, and fish
  • place food on serving lines and keep lines well stocked
  • maintain and control kitchen inventory
