Job Requirements
- Completed high school or equivalent
- Food service certification
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Experience with food preparation preferred

Job Duties
- Cook and bake food and pastries according to the planned menu
- Prepare reports to validate daily transactions and meal preparations
- Ensure all meal components are present and accurately prepared
- Store food correctly to maintain freshness and integrity
- Serve food to customers following schedules and protocols
- Use and maintain culinary implements, especially knives
- Ensure timely preparation of diverse food and beverages
- Add decorative garnishes to enhance dish presentation
- Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and cooking tools
- Follow food safety regulations including proper handling and storage
- Adhere to uniform and PPE standards
- Coordinate daily menu preparation with the manager
- Control food temperature to comply with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing wares
- Keep garbage and kitchen floors clean and sanitary
- Perform additional kitchen support duties as assigned
