ATG Entertainment is currently seeking a full-time Food Assembly Helper to join their new food and beverage team in New York, NY. This position requires availability Monday through Sunday, including nights and weekends, and offers competitive hourly compensation of $22. As a Food Assembly Helper, you will play an essential role in supporting the preparation and assembly of meals that enhance the overall theatre and event experience for attendees. Your responsibilities will include chopping vegetables, preparing meats, portioning ingredients, and organizing plates to ensure they are ready for service. Working within one of the seven prestigious ATG theatres located on Broadway – including the St. James, Al Hirschfeld, August Wilson, Eugene O’Neill, Hudson, Lyric, and Walter Kerr – you will contribute to the seamless operation of food and beverage services that support captivating live performances.

The role demands a high-energy, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and respectful work environment. You'll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and be part of a team committed to health and safety standards, efficient food handling, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have food handling experience, physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds, and stamina to stand and navigate stairs throughout their shift. Enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage time effectively and work independently are essential competencies for success in this role. Job Requirements
